Interpersonal Neurobiology teaches us that we can change how we respond though harnessing attentional focus in specific ways. One powerful pathway is provided by bringing close attention to whole-body experience within clinical consultation explorations.

In keeping with this I often integrate key principles from neurobiology and neuroscience along with attachment and relational theories.

The knowledge gleaned from these inquiries not only brings insight into your own experience but also supports a new way of seeing your clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, further promoting integration and well-being.

I believe that clinical consultation can provide transformative learning, integrating theoretical knowledge with embodied practice. This not only supports greater capacity for presence with your clients but also fosters relationship-centred care.
