Leadership is a complex endeavour. It requires leaders to dig deep and to bring conscious awareness to not only what they do, but who they are, and how they are, as they navigate the challenging realities they face each and every day.

Informed by my doctoral research, my interdisciplinary approach to leadership development supports leaders’ wellness and growth from a complex systems perspective, neurobiology, and the relational sciences.

Through my consulting practice, leaders receive the opportunity to dive deep utilizing the science of mind, brain, and relationships. This perspective can assist you, not only in becoming more effective in accomplishing the tasks of leading, but also in understanding and enriching your relationships with others in your organization and beyond.

You will learn how to foster the conditions within teams and organization that support integrated functioning. You will understand how the expression of mind both within yourself and between individuals and groups, foster an organizational culture where the emergence of psychological safety, value for diverse perspectives and abilities, greater work satisfaction, and commitment can emerge.

This wellness-centered approach recognizes and enhances the interconnection between all elements in the organization. It relies on the science of complex systems and relational neuroscience in the promotion of greater effectiveness, energy and productivity, stability and resilience, flexibility and adaptability.

This whole-person and whole-system approach fosters greater satisfaction among individuals, teams and other stakeholders.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FEES
CONSULTING: $175 + GST

PAYMENT / RECEIPTS

Fees are paid at the end of each session by cheque, cash, or credit card, and I provide you with a detailed receipt that includes my registration information.

CANCELATIONS

Please give me at least 24 hours notice, I charge the full session fees for missed, rescheduled, or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice. This policy is based on fairness to you, fairness to me, and to other clients who may need that time.
